How long does it take for me to receive my custom card?

Day 1-3: Illustration of the product
Day 3-5: Printing the card
Day 6-9: Order is shipped out
Day 10-14: Order arrives
What are the cards made of?
All our customised cards are made on high quality foamex cards, 3MM thick. We do not stick on a vinyl on the card which can be easily pealed off, we print directly onto the card making it more sturdy. They are hard and durable cards that can be cleaned without any problems.
How do I know you have cards in stock?
We ONLY take payment from YOU whenever we have the cards in stock, this ensures you will receive your order on time and your delivery is not delayed.

Can I view my order before it is delivered?
Yes, please email us and ask for a preview, we can email our design to you.
If I buy in bulk (10+ cards) can I get a discount?
Of course! Email us at support@gotcustomcards.com and we will get back to you with a quote.
Where do I enter my discount code?
You can enter your discount code at checkout!
Can I get a refund?
All sales are final and therefore refunds cannot be processed. All cards are personalised to your needs.
However, if we have made a mistake on the card we will happily replace it or give you store credit.
Do you only accept money in GBP (£)?
No, we accept all types of currencies; the amount will be converted when making the payment. Our prices are also always displayed in GBP (pounds, sterling) by default.
COVID-19
We are open for business and are processing orders as usual.
However, we are taking a number of measures to protect our staff and customers in these strange times.
These include taking extra care during production and wearing extra protective equipment to minimise the contact our team have with your card.
How might COVID-19 measures impact my order?
The precautions we are taking may cause a small delay in order processing times.
Will my delivery time be longer?
Our delivery partners seem to be experiencing minor delays to their estimated shipping times. This varies by country and region and is something we have little control over.

What steps should I take to protect myself?
Be sure to follow the instructions of your courier in regards to social distancing and other measures upon delivery of your package.
We recommend leaving your package for a period of time after receiving it. And washing your hands thoroughly after opening it.
